Acupuncture

Dr. Schultz incorporates traditional acupuncture into his state of the art practice of chiropractic foundation. Utilization of this technique began 5000 to 7000 years ago in China and is based on the balance of energy flow throughout the body. If a channel of energy, or 'meridian', becomes blocked or weakened, stimulation of the blocked 'acupoint' will restore proper energy flow to reestablish balance. Dr. Schultz uses traditional acupuncture techniques including needles and pressure-acupressure as well as more modern methods such as laser beam and electric stimulation. Instead of using the ancient method of pulse diagnosis, Dr. Schultz uses Electro-Meridian Imaging (EMI) to determine the balance of energy flow (meridian) throughout the body. Once Dr. Schultz has performed an acupuncture exam and a chiropractic exam, he is able to determine how the body became imbalanced through musculature, structure, and energy. Through the blend of ancient acupuncture and modern, state of the art equipment, he is able to restore balance to your body and have you feeling better on your first visit.
